Hyderabad, 30th Dec.Telangana reported 235 new COVID-19 cases on Wednesday, bringing the total to 6,81,307, while the death toll remained at 4,024 as no new cases were reported.
For the past few days, the number of new cases has outnumbered the number of recoveries.
According to a state government bulletin, the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) had the most cases (121), followed by Rangareddy district (31), as of 5.30 p.m. today.
According to the report, 204 people recovered from the infection, bringing the total number of recoveries to 6,73,793, leaving 3,490 active cases.On Wednesday, over 38,000 samples were tested, bringing the total number of samples tested to 2.96 crore.
