4 Coaches and Engine of High-Speed Train Derail in Ajmer, Rajasthan with No Casualties

Four coaches and the engine of a high-speed train derailed near Madar railway station in Ajmer, Rajasthan. The incident occurred around 1:00 am.

Officials reported that four coaches and the engine of the Sabarmati-Agra high-speed train derailed near Madar railway station. Rescue teams quickly arrived at the scene.

No casualties or injuries were reported from the incident.

Passengers mentioned that the derailment happened at 1:00 am while they were sleeping. They were startled by a loud noise.

Rescue teams, including the Railway Protection Force (RPF), Government Railway Police (GRP), Additional Divisional Railway Manager (ADRM), and senior officials, are currently at the site. Efforts are being made to put the derailed coaches and engine back on track.

The Chief Public Relations Officer (CPRO) of North Western Railway, Captain Shashi Kiran, stated that no casualties were reported, and restoration work is ongoing. The team is working hard to restore the site, with senior officials overseeing the process. A helpline number, 0145-2429642, has been set up for any inquiries.
