Andaman & Nicobar, 2nd Aug. An earthquake of 5.0 magnitude on the Richter scale has shaken Nicobar Islands on Wednesday, the National Centre for Seismology reported.
The earthquake, which measured a 10 km depth, occurred at around 5:40 in the morning.
The epicentre was located at Latitude 9.32 and Longitude 94.03, respectively, according to NCS.

There have been no reports of injuries or material damage as of yet.
