Pune, 7th March. Leader of the Nationalist Congress Party (Sharadchandra Pawar), Supriya Sule, stated on Wednesday that a single divergence in opinion among a large family does not necessarily indicate a rift within the group.

She added that current BJP leaders don’t discuss the supposed corruption within her party.

Supriya Sule did not, however, mention Ajit Pawar, the deputy chief minister of Maharashtra who joined the Shiv Sena-BJP government last year after splitting from his uncle and Supriya Sule’s father, Sharad Pawar. Supriya Sule told reporters in Pune, “Our family has about 120 to 125 members, including small kids, and in such a big family, if one person puts forth a different opinion, it does not signify a split,” PTI said.

She declared, “Our family is united and it will remain united forever.”

When asked about union minister Amit Shah’s claim that Sharad Pawar desired for her to become chief minister, Supriya Sule said she was appreciative of Shah for “purging corruption from the NCP.”

“He used to call the NCP a ‘naturally corrupt party’ whenever he visited Maharashtra, but these days, none of the major BJP figures bring up the subject of corruption. “He used to call the NCP a ‘naturally corrupt party’ whenever he visited Maharashtra, but these days, none of the major BJP figures bring up the subject of corruption. I am really grateful to the BJP and Shah because, despite the accusations he may have made, no one discusses them,” she continued. The Baramati MP asserted, “There is dynasty politics in his own party.”
