New Delhi, 28th March. Three Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MLAs were dismissed on Monday from the House for the day for raising slogans against Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal while standing on benches in the Delhi assembly session.

Chaos started in the House today due to the protest by the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leaders over “derogatory” remarks made by Delhi Bharatiya Janata Party president Adesh Kumar Gupta against CM Arvind Kejriwal.

The House was briefly adjourned two times over the same issue.

AAP members started a protest demanding an apology from Bharatiya Janata Party over alleged derogatory remarks on Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal. The clash between the two political parties erupted after Adesh Gupta slammed Arvind Kejriwal with making defamatory comments for his statements on ‘The Kashmir Files’ movie.

Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal, in his speech in the Delhi Assembly, had accused the Bharatiya Janata Party leaders of “promoting” ‘The Kashmir Files’ movie and asked the makers of the movie to upload the film on YouTube which attracted severe backlash against the Chief Minister Kejriwal on social media.

The Vivek-Agnihotri directed ‘ The Kashmir Files’ movie was released in theatres on March 11. The movie revolves around the genocide of Kashmiri Pandits in 1990. The Kashmir Files’ has been declared tax-free in several states including Uttar Pradesh, Tripura, Goa, Haryana and Uttarakhand.
