Acharya questioned Mallikarjun Kharge and KC Venugopal about accusations of insubordination and anti-party activities, specifically whether adopting Lord Ram’s name and traveling to Ayodhya qualified as such. “KC Venugopal and Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge ought to clarify which actions are anti-party? Is adopting the name of Lord Ram anti-party? Is visiting the anti-party in Ayodhya? Is it anti-party to visit PM Modi and CM Yogi?” said Acharya.

According to Acharya Pramod Krishnam, he endured constant insults but chose to stay in the party. Rahul Gandhi was chastised by him for belittling leaders who supported his parents and grandparents. I didn’t leave the party because I kept my word to Rajiv Gandhi in the interim. Additionally, it occurred to me that those who lack respect for those who stood by their parents, grandparents, and other influential figures—such as Ghulam Nabi Azad, Kamal Nath, Bhupinder Singh Hooda, Digvijaya Singh, and Anand Sharma—were once close to Indira, Rajiv, and Sonia Gandhi. They were the ones who forced Rahul Gandhi to learn how to walk by holding his hands.
