Affinity of Australian Diplomats Towards Hindi ‘Very Interesting’: PM Modi

New Delhi, 15th Sept. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has praised Australian Diplomats reciting their favourite Hindi proverbs in celebration of Hindi Diwas.

Responding to the X post of Australian High Commissioner to India, Philip Green OAM, PM Modi said in a X post, “आपके ये दोहे और मुहावरे मंत्रमुग्ध करने वाले हैं! ऑस्ट्रेलिया के राजनयिकों का हिन्दी के प्रति ये लगाव बेहद ही दिलचस्प है।”

“These couplets and idioms of yours are mesmerizing! This affinity of Australian diplomats towards Hindi is very interesting.”
