Ayodhya, 5th August.
The 12-year-old survivor of a gangrape in Ayodhya has been shifted to King George’s Medical University in Lucknow for advanced medical care, an official said on Monday.

The referral was made as the women’s hospital in Ayodhya lacks the necessary facilities for her treatment, according to Sanjay Jain, the district’s Chief Medical Officer.

Jain stated that he will accompany the young survivor during her transit to Lucknow to ensure her safety and well-being.

In the ongoing investigation, BJP leaders, including Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, have claimed that Moid Khan, the prime accused in the case, was affiliated with the Samajwadi Party and had connections with Faizabad MP Awadhesh Prasad’s team. These allegations are part of a broader political discourse surrounding the case.
