New Delhi, 2nd June. Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann met Delhi Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party chief Arvind Kejriwal at his residence in Delhi on Thursday, as the Punjab government faces severe opposition attack after the murder of Punjabi singer and Congress leader Sidhu Moosewala.

An AAP source said that it was a “normal” meeting.

Singer-politician Sidhu Moosewala was shot dead on May 29 by unknown attackers in Punjab’s Mansa district, a day after the Punjab government had curbed his security cover.

Moosewala’s cousin and a friend, who were travelling in a jeep (Thar) with him, were also injured in the attack.

Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann has already announced setting up a judicial commission headed by a sitting high court judge to investigate the incident.

Shubhdeep Singh Sidhu aka Sidhu Moosewala, was among the 424 people whose security was withdrawn or curtailed by the Punjab government on May 28.

The Punjab government came under heavy condemnation of opposition parties after the incident with the Congress and Bharatiya Janata Party demanding it should be dismissed.
