BJP Issues Show Cause Notice to Ramesh Bidhuri for his Objectionable Words Against Danish Ali in LS

New Delhi, 22nd Sept. The BJP issued a show cause notice to Lok Sabha member Ramesh Bidhuri on Friday for using offensive language against Bahujan Samaj Party MP Danish Ali during a discussion in Parliament on the success of the Chandrayaan mission.

BJP sources said the party has sought a reply from the South Delhi MP for his use of unparliamentary words.

Bidhuri used disparaging language about Ali in the Lok Sabha on Thursday. Speaker Om Birla later expunged those words. Union Minister Rajnath Singh apologized for Bidhuri’s statements.

The video of Bidhuri’s incendiary remarks about the Muslim MP has gone viral, with opposition parties calling for severe penalties, including suspension from the House.
