The Bharatiya Janata Party has initiated a major organisational reshuffle, with its national president Nitin Nabin beginning the process of forming a new central team.

As part of the exercise, party leadership has sought five names from each state, aiming to bring in a mix of experienced grassroots leaders and young faces to strengthen the organisation at the national level.

Sources indicate that from Madhya Pradesh, the following leaders have been recommended for inclusion in the new team:

  • V. D. Sharma
  • Rakesh Singh
  • Jitu Jirati
  • Gaurav Tiwari
  • Kavita Patidar / Bhakti Sharma

Party insiders say the move is aimed at injecting fresh energy into the organisation while ensuring representation from leaders with strong grassroots connect.

The reshuffle is being seen as a strategic step ahead of upcoming elections, with the BJP looking to balance experience with youth leadership and strengthen its national structure.
