C K Nayak Re-elected as Press Association President Unopposed

New Delhi, 15th July. Veteran journalist C K Nayak has been re-elected unopposed as the president of the Press Association, the representative body for accredited journalists across the nation.

The elections, which took place on Saturday, also saw PTI journalists Sagar Kulkarni and Laxmi Devi Aere being elected as vice president and general secretary of the association, respectively.

In addition, senior journalists Gyaneshwar Dayal and J C Verma were elected to the positions of joint secretary and treasurer, respectively.

The five-member managing committee of the association includes Arvind Singh, Joginder Solanki, Shahid Abbas, Chaman Lal Gautam, and K P Malik.
