New Delhi, 8th June.
Telugu Desam Party (TDP) Leader K Raghu Rama Krishna Raju has announced that TDP Chief Nara Chandrababu Naidu will be taking the oath as the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh on June 12, at 4:55 pm. The declaration was made amidst statements praising the rapport between TDP leaders and Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

“It’s a very pleasant moment for the people of Tamil Nadu,” remarked Chandrababu Naidu, “the way Prime Minister Narendra Modi has appreciated our leaders Chandrababu Naidu and Pawan Kalyan.” He emphasized the need for support from the Centre, highlighting the challenges faced during the tenure of former CM Jagan Mohan Reddy.

When questioned about specific demands from PM Modi’s cabinet, Raghu Rama Krishna Raju stated, “Our party leader is not the kind of person who demands. I think by virtue of his good relations, he can extract as much as he can but he never demands.”

Chandrababu Naidu reiterated his support for PM Modi, affirming him as the “right leader at the right time” for India. He proposed Modi’s name for the Prime Minister’s post, citing his vision of inclusive development and urging the NDA to seize the “good opportunity for India.”

“Narendra Modi has a vision and a zeal,” Naidu expressed, “Today, India is having the right leader at the right time, and that is Narendra Modi.”

Naidu also drew parallels between Modi’s vision and the humanism espoused by late NT Rama Rao, founder of TDP. “My leader and party founder, NT Rama Garu, always worked hard for the people… Narendra Modi ji is making that vision a reality for India,” he remarked.

Earlier this week, NDA party leaders passed a resolution to elect Narendra Modi as their leader. Sources indicate that Modi is likely to take the oath as Prime Minister for the third consecutive time on June 9.
