Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami Gives One Month’s Salary To The Relief Fund

Dehradun, 23rd Oct. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has announced to give one month’s salary to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund. The Chief Minister has directed the Additional Chief Secretary, Secretariat Administration Department to take necessary action to deposit his salary for the month of October, 2021 in the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund in view of the natural calamity in the state in October.

On Friday, the Chief Minister took a review meeting of the disaster damaged assets and development works with the concerned officials at Vikas Bhawan auditorium under the one-day tour program of district Pauri. Taking information about the damage caused by the disaster, the Chief Minister directed the concerned officers to work with seriousness regarding the restoration work.

He directed the officials of the Public Works Department and PMGSY to make efforts to open the closed roads within 24 hours and ensure alternate routes where the situation is worse.

He directed the concerned officers to ensure that all the roads of the district are made pothole-free within 15 days, so that the common man does not have to face problems.

Necessary guidelines have also been given to restore damaged assets, blocked motorways, damaged power and drinking water lines at the earliest. He said that there would be no shortage of resources in the disaster relief work. Along with this, while appreciating the work of the district administration and health department for quick action in the corona period and disaster, he said that everyone has done a good job.
