During a two-day visit to Karnataka, Nadda makes a stop in Toranagallu

Bengaluru, 17 April.JP Nadda, the President of the Bharatiya Janata Party, arrived in Toranagallu on Saturday as part of a two-day visit to Karnataka.

During his visit to Karnataka, Nadda is expected to attend several party functions as well as visit several historical temples in the state.
Today, he will pay a visit to the Bhatrahalli Anjaneya Temple in Hosapate and attend a state BJP executive meeting. He will also participate in a Q&A session with the delegates. Nadda will visit several temples on the second day of his visit, including Shri Virupaksheshwara Temple, Yantrodharaka Anjaneya Temple in Hampi, and Kadale Kalu Ganapa, Sasuve Kalu Ganapa, Ugra, Narasimha, Badavi Linga, and Ugrana Veerabhadra Temple. He will also go to Hampi’s Malyavanta Hill.
The BJP chief will also pay a visit to Vijaya Vittal Devasthanam, a world heritage site known for its stone chariots and musical pillars. Nadda plans to visit the Kamlapur Archaeological Museum as well.

Nadda will also preside over a meeting with state BJP leaders, which is expected to include BJP general secretary BL Santosh. The meeting’s main focus will be on preparing for the upcoming state assembly elections.
Nadda is expected to assess the ground-level situation in the state during his visit. Three teams of seven to eight leaders, led by BJP general secretary and Karnataka in-charge Arun Singh, Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai, and state BJP president Nalin Kateel, will assess the ground situation to help the party prepare for the assembly elections.
The BJP is expected to make a decision on the Karnataka party chief position in the coming months, as Kateel’s term expires early next year.
A cabinet reshuffle in Karnataka is also in the works, for which Chief Minister Bommai has made 2-3 trips to the national capital to meet with the party’s top leadership.
