Ex-Congress Spokesperson Slams INDIA Bloc as “Anti-National Elements”

New Delhi, 12th April.
Rohan Gupta, a former Congress spokesperson who recently joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), slammed the opposition bloc named INDIA, stating that it includes individuals with anti-national sentiments.

Speaking at the BJP headquarters after his switch, Rohan Gupta also accused Congress General Secretary Jairam Ramesh of instructing party members to remain silent during the Pran Pratishtha ceremony of Ram Lalla at the Ayodhya temple.

Expressing his disbelief, Rohan Gupta highlighted the contradictions within the Congress party, questioning why they support the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) led by Arvind Kejriwal, whom they previously accused of having ties to Khalistanis.

He further criticized the Congress for backing Kejriwal despite their past allegations, emphasizing the need for clarity on the party’s decisions.

Rohan Gupta officially joined the BJP in a ceremony attended by Union minister Hardeep Singh Puri and national general secretary Vinod Tawde.

His exit from Congress last month was prompted by what he described as ongoing humiliation and defamation by a member of the party’s communication department.
