C. Srivastava, Shri Anand Kumar, Shruti Sinha etc.

Many movement workers, social workers, intellectuals, educators, cultural workers, NGOs, and political parties are involved. The presence of people from the A-parties was notable.

Shri Gyanendra Rawat, in his address, first paid tribute to Mahatma Gandhi and Jai Prakash ji in the function organized in this Satyagraha Mandap of Gandhi Smriti and Darshan Samiti, and said that Jaiprakash, the unparalleled fighter of Indian freedom struggle and the pioneer of total revolution. Indian politics slammed into him at the end of his life. Nothing would be wrong if we said that the Indian public got a leader in the country as opposed to the Nehru family, who changed the direction of the country.

The youth movement and the culmination of their leadership are living examples of the formation of the Janata Party in 1977 and the establishment of the Janata government, which demonstrated that when the people wake up, dictatorial forces crumble quickly. Prior to that, he devoted his time to constructive Sarvodaya work.

The tenacity of the notorious bandits exemplifies this. His concern for the Antyodaya programme, even at the end of his life, demonstrates how sensitive he was to the country’s common man. Her life’s ambition was to have a daughter-in-law.
Today’s situation demonstrates that dictatorial forces are once again raising their heads in the country. At this point, we must all work together to build the India of the JP’s dreams, so that the dictatorial forces can be dealt with appropriately and the country can be saved. Future generations will not forgive us if we miss now.

While speaking at the seminar, Dr. Jagdish Chaudhary stated that this event in Gandhi Smriti and Darshan Samiti is a symbol of the fact that we have not forgotten the personalities of our country who not only contributed significantly to the freedom struggle, but also changed the system. He also played a pivotal role in the film We Are Proud of Them.

The success of such events is only possible if we spread the word about those people’s contributions to society and make their ideals a part of our lives by following in their footsteps. Only then can significant change be anticipated. While discussing various aspects of JP’s life, Shri Sandeep Marwah stated that great men like JP are born in ages. He not only showed the country the way forward, but also worked to make it a reality. The nation is proud of him. According to astrologer Shri Pawan Sinha, it is ironic that we are now talking about creating the India of JP’s dreams, despite the fact that Jai Prakash ji died four decades ago.
But, sadly, we have not been able to bring Jayaprakash Ji’s name and work to every house in the country during this time. Whereas the reality is that the voice he raised against repression, and thus the historical work of system change, is difficult to find an example.

The need is for us to bring Jaiprakash Ji’s work and name to the people. Shri Sunil Shastri, son of former Prime Minister Late Lal Bahadur Shastri, said in his address, referring to his father and Jaiprakash ji, that the country today has a great need for a personality like Jaiprakash ji. For him, the welfare of the country and its people is paramount.

While addressing the seminar, Go Green Head Smt. Ragini Ranjan stated that the need of the hour is to propagate and disseminate Jayaprakash ji’s ideas. If we are serious about changing the system, we must follow JP’s lead. There will be roadblocks in the way of change, but we must move forward by avoiding them. Only then can success be achieved.
Former Union Minister Shri Vijay Goel described his arrest and jail visit during the Emergency period, as well as how JP led the movement despite his ill-health and changed the power in front of the world for the movement, youth, and organization. It gave me a sense of power. I wish the event success and thank Shri Abhay Sinha, the Center’s General Secretary, for his efforts. Shri Braj Kishore Tripathi, President of the Center, discussed JP’s Antyodaya-related thoughts in a series and provided details of the Center’s work over the past decades in his memory, as well as resolving to make every effort to spread his ideas repeated.

At the end of the seminar, Shri Abhay Sinha, General Secretary of the Center, expressed his heartfelt gratitude to all the visitors, JP fighters, distinguished guests, and cultural workers, and stated that today we are proud to honour six movement personalities. He assured everyone in attendance that the center would leave no stone unturned in expanding the study center and creating the India of JP’s dreams, and that it would continue to work to spread JP’s ideas throughout the country and around the world. Shri Sinha also requested cooperation from Shri Vijay Goel ji in this regard.
