HM Shah Reiterates Commitment to Cyber Security, Thanks Amitabh Bachchan for Supporting I4C Campaign

New Delhi, 12th Sept. Union Home Minister and Minister of Cooperation Amit Shah reaffirmed the Ministry of Home Affairs’ commitment to creating a secure cyber space in India, in line with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision.

Shah highlighted the Indian Cyber Crime Coordination Centre (I4C)’s efforts to combat the rising threat of cybercrime in the country.

In a post on the ‘X’ platform, Shah expressed gratitude to renowned actor Shri Amitabh Bachchan for actively participating in the mission to build a Cyber-Secure Bharat. He emphasized the importance of collective efforts in making the digital landscape safer for all citizens.

In a video message, Amitabh Bachchan voiced his concerns over the increasing instances of cybercrime worldwide. He commended the I4C’s relentless work to curb cyber threats and shared that he joined this campaign at the request of Amit Shah.

Bachchan urged everyone to take necessary precautions and stay alert, noting that small efforts could help protect the country from cybercriminals.
