Israeli PM Netanyahu reassures PM Modi about safety and security of Indian citizens in Israel

New Delhi, 10th Oct. Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday received a telephone call from the Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

Prime Minister Modi expressed deep condolences and sympathy for those killed and wounded as a result of the terrorist attacks in Israel and conveyed that people of India stand in solidarity with Israel in this difficult hour.

He reiterated that India strongly and unequivocally condemns terrorism in all its forms and manifestations.

PM Modi highlighted the issue of safety and security of Indian citizens in Israel. Prime Minister Netanyahu assured of full cooperation and support.

The two leaders agreed to remain in close touch.

In a X post, Prime Minister Narendra Modi thanked his Israeli counterpart Benjamin Netanyahu for updating him on the ongoing situation in his country.

Condemning terrorism in all its forms, Prime Minister Modi expressed solidarity with Israel at this difficult time.

The Prime Minister posted on X, “I thank Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu for his phone call and providing an update on the ongoing situation. People of India stand firmly with Israel in this difficult hour. India strongly and unequivocally condemns terrorism in all its forms and manifestations.”
