Patna, 8th May. MLC Tanvir Akhtar of Janata Dal United passed away due to Corona. He was undergoing treatment at IGIMS Patna after being corona positive. His health was continuously deteriorating.
As per the reports, his health was not improving due to lung infection and reduced oxygen level. Tanveer Akhtar died on Saturday at IGIMS in Patna.
There is a wave of mourning in the political corridor after the news of Tanveer Akhtar’s death. Earlier also, an MLC of BJP had died from Corona. JDU MLA Mewa Lal Chaudhary also died due to Corona a few days ago.
