Mandi, 30th March.
After Supriya Shrinate made a derogatory post about Bollywood actress and BJP candidate Kangana Ranaut, her mother, Asha Ranaut, expressed her distress.

Asha Ranaut mentioned that Shrinate also has daughters and daughters-in-law at home. She urged them to consider how they would feel if someone spoke similarly about their children. Asha Ranaut emphasized that she feels the same pain and questioned why she should criticize the entire party for the actions of one individual. She shared these thoughts with ANI on Friday.

Meanwhile, Kangana Ranaut, who is running as the BJP candidate for the Mandi Lok Sabha seat in Himachal Pradesh, conducted a roadshow in the city to prepare for the upcoming Lok Sabha Elections 2024.

During the event, the Queen actress received a warm welcome as she interacted with the crowd.

Addressing the gathering, Kangana Ranaut expressed gratitude for the support and pride shown by the people of Mandi. She highlighted the importance of development as the main issue for the BJP and expressed confidence in the voters of Mandi to make their voices heard in the upcoming election.

Himachal Pradesh has four Lok Sabha seats – Hamirpur, Mandi, Shimla, and Kangra – all of which were won by the BJP in 2019. The elections for these seats, along with the bypolls for six Assembly constituencies left vacant due to the disqualification of six rebel Congress MLAs, are scheduled for June 1.
