Major Road Accident in Nagaur of Rajasthan, PM Condoles Loss of Lives

Nagaur, 31^st Aug. A big road accident was reported between a truck and cruiser near Shribalaji town of the district. The accident was so horrific that 11 people died and 6 others were seriously injured.

Police reached the accident spot. The injured have been shifted to Nokha Hospital with the help of local people. Top officials of police and administration have also reached the spot.

The accident took place at around 7:45 in the morning on the bypass of Shribalaji town of Nagaur district. 17 people were going somewhere in a cruiser. Meanwhile, the cruiser collided with a truck near the bypass of Shribalaji town. The collision was so intense that the cruiser turned into a wreck. Eight people died on the spot in the accident. The remaining 9 people were seriously injured.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has expressed grief over the loss of lives in a road accident at Nagaur, Rajasthan.

PM tweeted, “राजस्थान के नागौर में हुआ भीषण सड़क हादसा अत्यंत दुखद है। जिन लोगों को इस दुर्घटना में जान गंवानी पड़ी है, मैं उन सभी के परिजनों के प्रति अपनी संवेदना व्यक्त करता हूं। साथ ही घायलों के जल्द स्वस्थ होने की कामना करता हूं: PM @narendramodi”
