Mayoral Polls: HC Dismisses Chandigarh Congress’ Habeas Corpus Petition

Chandigarh, 18th Jan. The Punjab and Haryana High Court Wednesday dismissed a habeas corpus petition filed by the Chandigarh Congress after police pointed out that party’s municipal councillor Jasbir Singh Bunty had sought security in the wake of the Chandigarh mayoral polls.
