New Delhi, 7th July. The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), operating under the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS), has not yet released the counselling schedule for NEET UG and PG courses for the year 2024.
The MCC announces the counselling schedule on its official website following the completion of the exam process and the finalization of seat matrices by the National Medical Commission (NMC). In previous years, counselling for UG seats commenced on specific dates: January 19, 2022; October 11, 2022; and July 20, 2023.
For 2024, the NMC has communicated its schedule for finalizing the seat matrices for UG and PG seats, with the UG seat matrix expected by the third week of July and the PG seat matrix by mid-August. MCC will subsequently notify the counselling schedule based on these timelines.
It is clarified that as of now, MCC has not issued the counselling schedule for the year 2024.
Candidates are advised to regularly check the MCC website for updates regarding NEET UG and PG counselling.
