Media Delegation Led by Pabitra Mohan Calls on Odisha Governor
Samantaray, Prof. Rabi Chaturvedi meet Governor Haribabu Kambhampati in Bhubaneswar

Bhubaneswar, 11th April: A media delegation led by Pabitra Mohan Samantaray called on Odisha Governor Haribabu Kambhampati at Raj Bhavan in Bhubaneswar.
Samantaray, who heads the Rashtriya Patrakar Mahasangh, the Indian Federation of Small and Medium Newspapers, and the National Media Confederation, is also Editor-in-Chief of Paryabekhyak and The Kalinga Chronicle Group.
He was accompanied by Rabi Chaturvedi, a noted educationist and India’s first Hindi cricket commentator.
The meeting was a courtesy call, during which issues related to media, education, and public engagement were discussed. The delegation emphasised the role of regional and small media organisations in strengthening democratic communication.
The Governor appreciated the contribution of journalists and educators in shaping public discourse and spreading awareness across society.
