It is worth noting that many leaders submitted their nominations on Thursday and Friday for the upcoming assembly elections, each in their own unique way.

On Thursday, the Chairman of the OBC Commission and a minister surprised many BJP leaders by filing his nomination, despite not being given a ticket. The BJP instead fielded his daughter, Mousam Bisen, as their candidate for the Balaghat constituency, announcing her name on October 21.

Vishwas Sarang, the BJP nominee for the Narela seat, arrived on a scooter on Thursday to submit his nomination papers at the Govindpura ADM office.

Krishna Gaur, the BJP candidate for the Govindpura Assembly, also appeared at the collector’s office to submit her nomination paper.

Kamal Nath, the state Congress chairman and former chief minister of Madhya Pradesh, submitted his candidacy on Thursday for the Chhindwara assembly seat in the upcoming state assembly elections, scheduled to take place next month.

Prior to submitting his nomination, the former chief minister announced that he had specifically chosen an auspicious time (Muhurat) for the upcoming election.
