New Delhi, 23rd Feb. IAS Pausumi Basu on Tuesday was selected for the appointment as Director in the Ministry of Home Affairs for a period of five years.
According to an official order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT), the Competent Authority has approved appointment of Pausumi Basu under the Central Staffing Scheme for a period of five years from the date of taking over charge of the post or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
