Pawan Singh, BJP’s candidate for Asansol, opts out

Asansol,  3^rd March. The Bhojpuri Singer declared that he would not be able to run from the seat one day after the BJP nominated Pawan Singh to compete in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections from the Asansol constituency.

Pawan Singh said, “I express my heartfelt gratitude to the top leadership of the Bharatiya Janata Party,” in a post on X. I was selected as the Asansol candidate by the party because they believed in me, but I will be unable to run for office in Asansol for some reason.”
