New Delhi, 18th May. In the fourth phase of the General Elections 2024, a voter turnout of 69.16% has been recorded across 96 Parliamentary Constituencies (PCs). This phase’s turnout figures, broken down by gender, are as follows: 69.58% for males, 68.73% for females, and 34.23% for third-gender voters.

Detailed state-wise and Parliamentary Constituency-wise turnout data for Phase 4 is provided below. Copies of Form 17C are made available to candidates through their polling agents for verification. The actual data from Form 17C, already shared with candidates, will prevail. Final turnout figures, including postal ballots, will be available post-counting. Postal ballots include those from service voters, absentee voters (85+, PwD, Essential Services, etc.), and voters on election duty. A daily account of postal ballots received, as per statutory provisions, is given to all candidates.
