PM Modi Meets Madagascar President Rajoelina at World Governments Summit

Dubai, 14th Feb. Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the President of Madagascar Andry Rajoelina, held a landmark meeting on Wednesday on the sidelines of the World Governments Summit in Dubai.
