PM Modi on Maharashtra and Rajasthan Visit Today for Key Events

New Delhi, 25th August. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will travel to Jalgaon in Maharashtra and Jodhpur in Rajasthan on August 25, 2024.

During his visit to Jalgaon, he will attend the Lakhpati Didi Sammelan, where he will felicitate 11 lakh new Lakhpati Didis with certificates.

The PM will also release a Revolving Fund of Rs 2,500 crore, benefiting around 48 lakh members of 4.3 lakh Self-Help Groups (SHGs), and disburse Rs 5,000 crore in bank loans to 25.8 lakh members of 2.35 lakh SHGs.

The Lakhpati Didi Yojana aims to elevate one crore women to the status of Lakhpati Didis, with a target of reaching three crore.

In the afternoon, Prime Minister Modi will attend the concluding ceremony of the Platinum Jubilee celebrations of the Rajasthan High Court in Jodhpur. He will also inaugurate the Rajasthan High Court Museum during his visit.
