PM Narendra Modi Assures All Help, Leaders Condemn Terror Strike on Pilgrims in J&K

After the recent terror strike targeting pilgrims in Jammu and Kashmir’s Reasi district, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who recently commenced his third term, assured full support to the affected families. The attack led to the devastating loss of nine lives and left 33 individuals wounded.

Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha reported that Prime Minister Modi had taken immediate cognizance of the situation and directed constant monitoring to ensure comprehensive support to the affected families. “All those behind this heinous act will be punished soon,” Mr. Sinha assured.

 

Expressing deep sorrow over the cowardly attack, PM Modi condemned the violence and extended condolences to the families of the martyred civilians. He affirmed that security forces and police have launched a joint operation to apprehend the terrorists responsible.

President Droupadi Murmu expressed profound distress over the incident, extending sympathies to the victims’ families and praying for the swift recovery of the injured.

Union Minister Amit Shah condemned the attack, emphasizing that the perpetrators would face the full force of the law. He assured that the local administration was working diligently to provide immediate medical assistance.

Congress leaders, including Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, also condemned the attack, expressing solidarity with the victims’ families and calling for unity against terrorism.

Congress chief Mallikarjun Kharge strongly denounced the attack, demanding immediate assistance and compensation for the victims.

The bus, transporting pilgrims from Shiv Khori temple, veered off the road amidst gunfire by terrorists, resulting in a tragic accident.
