Bhopal, 16th Sept. Vice President Jagdeep Dhankar stated that there should be dialogue, debate, and discussion in Parliament, but instead there is disruption and destruction.

Dhankar was speaking to students at the Makhanlal Chaturvedi National Journalism and Communication University’s convocation event in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, on Friday.

The Vice President also dedicated the university’s new campus.

Expressing concern over the increasing uproar in Parliament, VP Dhankhar said that this did not happen in the Constituent Assembly but they sought solutions to the problems.

He said that the surprising thing is that even the media is not making any difference to this.

Referring to the commercialization of media, Dhankhar said that it is important to give space to positive news in the media and this is not a praise for any political party.

He said that if journalists keep development on their radar, development is certain to happen.

Highlighting the role of youth in the Amrit Kaal of the country, Dhankhar said that with the creative and positive contribution of all of us, India is sure to become a world leader in 2047.

The Vice President awarded degrees to about four hundred and fifty students.
