Global Trade & Technology Council (India) Launches GTTC India Suriname Forum in New Delhi

New Delhi, 28th Oct. The Global Trade & Technology Council (India) (GTTCI) marked a significant milestone in international collaboration with the launch of the GTTC India Suriname Forum at the Embassy of Suriname in New Delhi on Friday.

The event was graced by the esteemed presence of HE Mr Arunkoemar Hardien, the Ambassador of Suriname, alongside several distinguished diplomats and notable personalities.

Dignitaries Gather to Foster Stronger Relations

The occasion witnessed the honorable presence of Ambassador of Papua New Guinea – HE Mr Paulias Korni OBE and a diplomat from High Commission of Fiji along with Dr. Sandeep Marwah – Chancellor of AAFT, underscoring the event’s significance in fostering global partnerships. Dr. Gaurav Gupta, Founder President of GTTCI, and HE Mr Arunkoemar Hardien, symbolically sealed the partnership by signing the certificate of establishment, alongside Mr. SK Tandon, Chairman of the GTTC India Suriname Forum, marking a crucial step towards fostering closer ties

Special Guests IRS Anurag Prasad along with Ms. Sanjana Jon also graced the occasion and Ms. Nishi Singh presented a musical performance.

Cultural Enrichment and Promising Collaborations

The event was further enriched by captivating performances from various Indian artists, adding a cultural touch to the celebration. Dr. Gupta, in his welcoming address, set the tone for an evening dedicated to strengthening international relations and fostering cultural understanding. Additionally, His Excellency, in his address, emphasized the promising partnership and commended the commendable efforts of GTTCI in promoting bilateral trade and cultural exchange.

Moreover, Dr. Gaurav Gupta unveiled his latest literary endeavor, “A Journey through the Timeless Tales of Suriname,” published by Prabhat Prakashan. This publication aims to deepen the bond between India and Suriname, fostering a deeper understanding of Surinamese culture among the Indian populace.

Furthermore, Mr. SK Tandon, Chairman of the GTTC India Suriname Forum, articulated his vision and strategic plan to enhance bilateral trade and cultural ties between the two nations, highlighting the Forum’s pivotal role in fostering sustainable collaboration.

The event culminated with the release of the October edition of GTTC Insights, the monthly newsletter of GTTCI, by the esteemed board members and dignitaries, including Dr. Parmeet Singh Chadha, Ankur Khandelwal, Mahendra Sharma, Payal Kansal, and Prerna Kohli. Notably, the event saw the participation of esteemed guests from Korea and Russia, further accentuating the event’s global significance and reach.
