Dehradun, 4th Dec. Congress leader Rahul Gandhi will address a public meeting in Dehradun on December 16. Congress state president Ganesh Godiyal gave this information.
Godiyal said that Rahul Gandhi will address the public meeting on December 16. Assembly elections will be held in Uttarakhand next year and all the political parties are busy in their preparations.
This visit of Rahul Gandhi is being depicted as a tribute to the kin of martyrs and to pay tribute to the martyrs on Vijay Diwas for a decisive victory over Pakistan in Bangladesh war. This will be Rahul Gandhi’s first visit just before the election.
According to the party, during this time Rahul will pay respect to the soldiers and tribute to the martyrs. On the other hand, he will also address a public meeting. However, the party is yet to fix the venue for the public meeting.
