Rajasthan Governor Kalraj Mishra Tests Covid Positive

Jaipur, 14th April. Rajasthan Governor Kalraj Mishra tested positive for COVID-19, according to a tweet from the Raj Bhavan on Friday.

“(Kalraj) Mishra’s test report is positive,” Raj Bhavan said, suggesting that those who had recently come into contact with him get tested and follow Covid guidelines.

On April 4, Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot tested positive for COVID-19.

Rajasthan is seeing an increase in Covid cases; currently, there are 1474 corona active cases in the state, with a maximum of 464 cases in Jaipur. However, given the current situation, the government has put the health department on high alert.

State Health Minister Parsadi Lal Meena in a conversation said, “We are fully prepared to deal with Corona, oxygen facilities are being reviewed and stocks of all necessary medicines are also available in full quantity with us.”

“Patients are getting cured in 4 to 5 days only the patients with prolonged illness are facing difficulties and have to get admitted to ICU,” Meena said.
