Yogi Adityanath Grants Projects Worth Rs 153 Crore to Forest Dwellers on Diwali

Gorakhpur, 13th Nov. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath celebrated Diwali with the Vantangiya people (forest dwellers) in Tinkonia village No. 3 in Gorakhpur. On this occasion, he inaugurated and laid the foundation stone for 52 development projects worth 153 crore rupees in different gram panchayats of Gorakhpur district.

During the celebration, the Chief Minister expressed his joy and remembered the struggle for the rights of the Vantangiya community.

He emphasized that any struggle done in a positive spirit never goes in vain. The positive outcome of the Vantangiya community’s struggle is now visible. Diwali and Ramrajya symbolize providing government facilities and civil rights to the underprivileged.

Addressing the gathering, the Chief Minister expressed his happiness at seeing the improved living conditions in Vantangiya village, including pucca houses for the poor, drinking water facilities, electricity, good schools, and Anganwadi centers.

He also mentioned the grand Deepotsav of Ayodhya and compared it to the decoration of villages in Uttar Pradesh, Gorakhpur, and Vantangiya. He emphasized the importance of working passionately and directing efforts towards social upliftment.

The Chief Minister highlighted the positive changes that have taken place in Uttar Pradesh and the country in recent years, attributing them to sincere efforts.

He mentioned the construction of the Ram temple in Ayodhya and the fixed date for Ramlalas enthronement, which will bring pride to India and followers of Sanatan Dharma worldwide.

He stated that the moment of Ramlalas enthronement will showcase India’s ability to claim rights through peaceful means and revolution. The movement for Shri Ram Janmabhoomi in Ayodhya is an example of this.

The Chief Minister emphasized that the central and state governments are working in line with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of inclusive development.

After the stage program in Jungle Tikonia number three, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath visited an exhibition organized by various departments, including Horticulture, Forest, Education, ODOP, Khadi Village Industries, and Agriculture. Vantangiya women were also taken to a fashion show, and a clothing stall was set up by Sugam Shekhawat.
