New Delhi, 9th June: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday said the past 12 years of his government have been dedicated to trust, development and public welfare, asserting that sustained efforts have empowered youth, women and farmers while giving India a new global identity.

In a post on X, the Prime Minister said the government had worked with the spirit of “Nation First” and the blessings of 140 crore Indians to ensure inclusive growth and social empowerment.

“Our government’s last 12 years have been dedicated to trust, development and public welfare. Guided by the spirit of Nation First, we have left no stone unturned in empowering our youth, women and farmer brothers and sisters,” Modi said.

The Prime Minister highlighted the transformation witnessed across sectors, stating that India’s achievements in infrastructure development and the digital revolution have earned the country global recognition.

He said the government’s relentless efforts have helped position India as a rising force on the world stage while improving the lives of citizens through various development initiatives.

Modi also reiterated his government’s commitment to achieving the vision of a developed India by 2047.

“It is the result of our tireless efforts that from infrastructure to the digital revolution, India has gained a new identity across the world. To realise the resolve of a Viksit Bharat, we will continue to move forward on the path of service, good governance and prosperity,” he said.

The Prime Minister’s remarks came as the government marked 12 years in office under the theme ‘#12YearsOfSeva’, highlighting achievements in governance, welfare delivery, infrastructure expansion, digital transformation and economic development.

The government has been showcasing key initiatives launched over the past decade, including programmes aimed at financial inclusion, rural development, social welfare, digital governance and infrastructure creation, as part of its outreach marking the milestone.
