Let us examine the story behind this threat.A press conference of the “Cockroach Party” was also held in Delhi, where several leaders, including Neha Bora, were present. Today, they made certain statements that make it absolutely clear that this movement is not about SIR, Gyanesh Kumar, education, development, democracy, or the Constitution.
Its sole objective is to remove Prime Minister Modi from power. There is only one objective: there must be a change of power in India. The government elected by crores of Indian voters must be removed, and Rahul Gandhi must be made Prime Minister without winning an election. The underlying ideology of these people has now come before everyone.
What Did Prashant Bhushan Say?
He said:
“Yes, we want regime change. We all want regime change. Is there anything wrong with that?
The BJP has also repeatedly organised movements for regime change. But when we do the same, they say that these people are conspiring to bring about regime change.Bringing about regime change is the democratic right of every citizen. Creating dissatisfaction against the government is not a crime under our Constitution. Therefore, this is now truly a battle for regime change. Such an authoritarian government cannot be allowed to continue in this country, a government that is suppressing all our democratic rights and trampling upon our entire electoral democracy.”
This gentleman is a lawyer. He practises in the Supreme Court. He is an expert in law. Yet he himself is misusing the law. He could have used his knowledge in the interest of the nation. But today, he is making statements that, according to the speaker, are themselves contrary to democracy.
Does Prashant Bhushan not know that in a democratic country like India, a change of government takes place only after the people express their will by voting in elections?
What is the way to bring about a change of power in our country?
Elections.
In elections, the party or leader whom the people vote for forms the government.
Who is stopping Prashant Bhushan?
He can contest elections. If Prashant Bhushan wishes, he can contest from any constituency. Neha Bora can contest elections. Rahul Gandhi is already contesting elections.
Let them contest elections, win, secure a majority, and bring about a change of government.
But they know that they will never be able to win elections. Therefore, they are searching for a path through which they can come to power without winning an election.
What is that path through which an elected government can be removed from power without holding elections, without winning elections, without making any effort, and without presenting any future plans before the people?
Just as it happened in Bangladesh, just as it happened in Nepal, these people are now dreaming of something similar happening here.
Neha Bora Has Already Admitted That This Movement Is Inspired by the Bangladesh Movement
It is understood that These may appear to be Neha Bora’s own words, but the ideology behind them is that of Rahul Gandhi.
What are the words being discussed in India today?
Neha Bora’s name has come into discussion in India. The word Bangladesh has also become a subject of discussion in India. Terms such as “Dimagi Naxal,” meaning “Mental Naxal,” are also being discussed today.
Yet, over the past few years, Naxalism has weakened considerably in India. The government had set a deadline to completely eliminate Naxalism from the entire country within this year.
And that is exactly what has happened. Now Naxalism has disappeared from India’s forests.
Naxalism is a movement that emerged from an extremist stream of left-wing ideology. We call it Naxalism, but its ideology is also known as Maoism.
This is because the communist revolution in China took place under the leadership of Mao, or Mao Zedong, and communist rule was established there.
Inspired by that revolution, the Maoist movement also emerged in India.
Following the events at Naxalbari in 1967, people associated with this movement began identifying themselves as Naxalites. However, their ideology was Maoism. Their objective was to draw inspiration from Mao’s revolution, seize power through armed struggle and violence, and establish communist rule in India.
Apart from India, various left-wing movements also became active in countries such as Nepal and Bangladesh. However, the Maoist movement in India could never achieve its objective. Over time, its political influence weakened.
But the problem is that those whom we call “Urban Naxals” continued their activities just as before.
The Naxalites have been eliminated.
Naxalism has come to an end.
Maoism has also come to an end.
Our forests have been liberated.
All those regions where Naxalites once held dominance, where the government could not reach, where the police could not reach, where the justice system could not function, and where development activities could not be carried out, have now been liberated from Naxalism.
But our cities are still under the grip of “Urban Naxals.”
The Naxalites operating in the forests have surrendered their weapons and returned to the mainstream. However, these “Urban Naxals” and “Dimagi Naxals,” meaning “Mental Naxals,” are still carrying out their activities in every city.
That is why Prime Minister Modi had said that Naxalism has ended, but we must still remain cautious of the “Dimagi Naxals.” Today, the root cause of the unstable situation that has emerged in the country is these very Urban Naxals. They may not have AK-47 rifles in their hands. But they possess a weapon even more dangerous than that. And the name of that weapon is “Dimag” — the mind.
A weapon of the mind. “Mind Weapon.” What Prashant Bhushan is saying… In reality, the threat he is issuing is precisely this weapon of the mind.
The “Mind Weapon”
