Addressing the Acharya Padarohan Evam Sahastravadhan Tapasya Mahotsav of Param Pujya Acharya Shri Vinay Kushal Ji Maharaj in Raipur, the Lok Sabha Speaker said that the teachings of Jainism provide a timeless path towards peace, self-discipline and ethical living at a time when the world is witnessing stress, conflict and moral challenges.

The event was attended by Vishnu Deo Sai, Raman Singh, Tokhan Sahu, and other dignitaries.

Birla said true happiness does not come from material possessions alone but through mastery over the mind, purity of thought, self-control and adherence to moral values. He said the teachings of Lord Mahavira based on non-violence, compassion and restraint continue to guide humanity towards peace and harmony.

Praising the dedication and austerity of Jain saints, he said their lives represent discipline, sacrifice and selfless service, inspiring society to embrace patience, morality and spiritual growth.

The Lok Sabha Speaker also highlighted the remarkable spiritual achievements of young Bal Munis, saying such examples demonstrate the power of concentration, knowledge and penance from an early age.

He urged citizens to follow the values of truth, compassion and self-discipline, stating that a strong and harmonious society can be built only on such enduring principles. He expressed confidence that the guidance of Jain saints and Acharyas would continue to inspire future generations towards a peaceful and ethical society.
