Six Nations’ Envoys Present Credentials to President Murmu

• President Droupadi Murmu received credentials from six envoys on August 24.
• Representatives from South Sudan, UAE, Nigeria, Moldova, Germany and Sweden participated.
• The credentials ceremony was held at Rashtrapati Bhavan, New Delhi.

New Delhi, 25th Aug: President Droupadi Murmu received the credentials of envoys from six countries at a ceremony held at Rashtrapati Bhavan on Monday.

The diplomats representing South Sudan, the United Arab Emirates, Nigeria, Moldova, Germany and Sweden formally presented their credentials to the President.

Those who presented their credentials were:

1. Sitona Abdalla Osman — Ambassador of the Republic of South Sudan
2. Abdulla Saif Ali Slayem Al Nuaimi — Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates
3. Muhammad Saidu Dahiru — High Commissioner of the Federal Republic of Nigeria
4. Inga Ionesii — Ambassador of the Republic of Moldova
5. Dr Jasper Wieck — Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany
6. Petra Menander — Ambassador of Sweden

The credentials ceremony marks the formal accreditation of the envoys to India and underscores New Delhi’s diplomatic engagement with the six countries.
