Father of Dr. Narendra Shukla breathed his last on May 4; last rites in Lucknow on May 5
It is with profound sorrow that we inform that the revered father of Dr. Narendra Shukla—former General Secretary of the Bharatiya Itihas Sankalan Yojana Samiti, Delhi Prant; member of the national team of the Akhil Bharatiya Itihas Sankalan Yojana; and Head (Research & Publication Department) at the Prime Ministers’ Museum and Library, New Delhi—Shri Vanshraj Shukla (former Principal, Anil Saraswati, Faizabad, and Bhau Rao Deoras, Lucknow) passed away on May 4, 2026, at 9 AM..
The Bharatiya Itihas Sankalan Yojana Samiti, Delhi Prant, along with the entire organisational family, expressed deep condolences and paid humble tribute to the departed soul. Members prayed that God grant eternal peace to the soul and strength to the bereaved family to bear this irreparable loss.

The mortal remains will reach the residence in Lucknow for final respects till 8 PM today. The last rites will be performed on May 5, 2026, at Gulala Ghat, Lucknow.
