New Delhi, 11th Sept: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday remembered Swami Vivekananda’s historic address delivered at the Parliament of Religions in Chicago on September 11, 1893.

Recalling the landmark speech on its anniversary, Modi said Vivekananda’s captivating address offered a glimpse of India’s civilisational ethos.

The Prime Minister said the spiritual leader’s inspiring words continue to reverberate across the world.

Sharing a post on X, Modi wrote, “11th September 1893, Chicago. Swami Vivekananda’s captivating address offered a glimpse of the civilisational ethos of India. His inspiring words still reverberate across the world.”

Modi also shared a link to the speeches delivered by Swami Vivekananda at the Parliament of Religions in Chicago in 1893.
