New Delhi, 15th July: Vice-President and Rajya Sabha Chairman C.P. Radhakrishnan on Wednesday administered the oath of office to two newly elected members of the Rajya Sabha at Parliament House.
Mansoor Ali Khan, elected from Karnataka, took the oath in English, while Rajneesh Kumar Agrawal, representing Madhya Pradesh, took the oath in Hindi.
The oath-taking ceremony was attended by Rajya Sabha Deputy Chairman Harivansh, Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs and Information & Broadcasting L. Murugan, Rajya Sabha member Jairam Ramesh, Rajya Sabha Secretary-General P.C. Mody, and other senior officials of the Rajya Sabha Secretariat.
