VP Radhakrishnan to Visit Ladakh from June 19
Vice President to attend Yoga Day celebrations and visit Vibrant Village Lukung
- Vice President C.P. Radhakrishnan will undertake his first official visit to Ladakh.
- He will interact with Self Help Groups in Lukung under the Vibrant Villages Programme.
- The Vice President will pay homage at the War Memorial during his visit.
- He will participate in International Day of Yoga celebrations in Leh on June 21.

New Delhi, 18th June: The Vice President of India, C. P. Radhakrishnan will undertake his first official visit to the Union Territory of Ladakh from June 19 to 21, 2026.
During the visit, the Vice President will travel to the Vibrant Village of Lukung on June 20, where he will interact with local Self Help Groups and review developmental initiatives being implemented in the border region under the Vibrant Villages Programme.
Later in the day, he will pay his respects at the War Memorial. On June 21, the Vice President will participate in the International Day of Yoga celebrations at Leh.
The Yoga Day event will see participation from youth, armed forces personnel and members of various organisations, promoting the message of holistic health, wellness and the global significance of yoga.
