BJP President Nitin Nabin to Visit Varanasi on October 7-8
Two-day visit to include Seva Yatris’ rally, Kashi Vishwanath prayers and key organisational meetings

Varanasi, 6th Oct: BJP National President Nitin Nabin will undertake a two-day organisational visit to Varanasi on October 7 and 8, combining public outreach, religious engagement and a series of organisational meetings in the Kashi region. His visit comes as the Seva Sankalp Abhiyan reaches its concluding phase in Varanasi.
Nabin will address a public meeting at Jagatpur Inter College, Jagatpur, at 3:30 pm on October 7, where Seva Yatris who travelled from Vadnagar to Kashi will be felicitated. The Vadnagar-Kashi journey, organised under the Seva Sankalp campaign marking Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 25 years of public service, is scheduled to culminate in Varanasi on October 7.
The public meeting is expected to bring together BJP workers, Seva Yatris and supporters from across the Kashi region. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma are also scheduled to participate in the concluding programme.
Nabin to lead organisational meetings
After the public meeting, Nabin will reach Gokul Dham Resort in Jagatpur to chair an organisational meeting involving prominent party workers, Members of Parliament, Members of the Legislative Assembly and Members of the Legislative Council from the Kashi region.
He will subsequently hold a review meeting with the Regional President, Regional In-charge and Regional General Secretaries, followed by an interaction with candidates for the Legislative Council elections and other prospective applicants.
The meetings are expected to focus on organisational functioning and the party’s future action plan in the Kashi region.
Prayers at Kashi Vishwanath, youth interaction on October 8
On October 8, Nabin will visit Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple at 8 am to offer prayers and perform traditional rituals before Lord Kashi Vishwanath.
At 10 am, he will participate in the ‘Yuva Samvad’ programme at Gandhi Adhyayan Peeth, Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith. The programme will provide an opportunity for direct interaction with young people and discussions centred on their role in nation-building.
Nabin will thereafter return to Gokul Dham Resort for a meeting with District Presidents from the last three terms, Regional Presidents and State office-bearers of the Kashi region.
He will also preside over a meeting with former public representatives and later chair a joint review meeting involving District Presidents, District In-charges, Regional office-bearers and State office-bearers.
Nabin is scheduled to leave for New Delhi after completing the two-day programme.
The visit comes amid preparations for the culmination of the Vadnagar-Kashi Seva Sankalp Yatra, with around 500 participants expected to reach Varanasi for the concluding events.
