New Delhi, 4th Nov: The slogan ‘Modi Kahin Nahi Jaayenge’ has gained fresh momentum within the BJP, with Union Minister Arjun Ram Meghwal joining the political chorus by singing a bhajan-style rendition while playing the harmonium.

Meghwal shared a video on X on Tuesday, singing that Prime Minister Narendra Modi would remain in office while those who had lost public credibility would eventually leave. His song also highlighted government initiatives, including free ration, LPG connections, housing, roads, electricity, healthcare, drinking water and the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan.

The slogan gained traction following Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge’s remark, “Modi ka baap bhi jaayega”, made at a party event. BJP leaders have since repeatedly used the counter-slogan, ‘Modi Kahin Nahi Jaayenge’, in their public appearances and social media posts.

During a recent visit to Gujarat, Modi said he would continue working for the people until the last moment of his life. Placards carrying the slogan were also displayed along the route of his roadshow in Banaskantha.

At the Bharat Bovine Breeding and Research Centre in Banaskantha, a group of young people was heard completing the slogan after someone prompted them with the Prime Minister’s name. Modi smiled before moving away from the group.

The refrain has also featured in public appearances by Delhi Minister Kapil Mishra and BJP MP Manoj Tiwari. At a pre-Diwali gathering hosted by Delhi Minister Parvesh Sahib Singh, Tiwari performed his own version of the song, with the minister joining in and taking a swipe at the Gandhi family.

The performance included a political reference to the 2029 general elections, with the minister singing that Modi would return and voters would once again press the BJP’s lotus symbol.

The Haryana BJP has also joined the campaign, launching T-shirts carrying the slogan. The party described it as a call reflecting the confidence and support of the country’s citizens.
