Tiger Shroff Firing Case: 13th Accused Remanded Till Nov 16
Woman arrested in Haryana; Mumbai Police probe alleged financial links and funding of co-accused

Mumbai, 3rd Nov: The Tiger Shroff firing case has seen another development, with a special Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA) court remanding the 13th accused, a woman arrested in Haryana, to police custody until November 16.
The Mumbai Crime Branch arrested the woman in Karnal district and brought her to Mumbai for further investigation. Her arrest takes the total number of people held in connection with the October 18 firing incident to 13.
Police probe alleged funding network
According to the investigation, police suspect that the woman’s bank account was used to transfer funds to other accused in the case. Investigators told the court that money was allegedly routed from an overseas cryptocurrency wallet operated by her husband before being distributed among co-accused.
The police are examining the suspected financial trail and the alleged use of extortion proceeds to fund activities linked to the shooting.
The prosecution argued that custodial interrogation was necessary to establish her alleged role in the conspiracy and trace other individuals still wanted in the case.
The defence, however, maintained that the woman was innocent and had no involvement in the shooting or any alleged conspiracy.
What happened in the Tiger Shroff firing case?
The incident took place on October 18 in Mumbai’s Juhu area, when unidentified assailants allegedly opened fire at actor Tiger Shroff’s car as he was leaving a football ground.
The actor escaped largely unharmed, while his driver and a bystander sustained injuries.
Mumbai Police subsequently invoked provisions of the MCOCA against the accused as investigators expanded their probe into the alleged conspiracy, logistics, weapons supply and financial transactions.
With the latest arrest, 13 people have been taken into custody. The investigation remains underway.
