Toronto, 29th May: Union Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal concluded a successful three-day visit to Canada focused on strengthening economic and commercial ties between the two countries.

The minister was seen off at Toronto Pearson International Airport by Mahavir Singhvi at the conclusion of the visit.

During his stay, Goyal held extensive engagements with political leaders, business and industry representatives, trade organisations, academic institutions, think tanks, financial institutions and members of the Indian diaspora.

The discussions focused on strengthening India-Canada economic and commercial relations, expanding trade and investment opportunities, fostering innovation and technology partnerships and enhancing people-to-people ties.
