Ahmedabad, 4th Nov: Wanted drug trafficker Salim Ismail Dola has been arrested in Turkey with the assistance of Indian agencies, in a major development in the fight against international drug trafficking.
Dola is a key accused in the ₹438-crore drug seizure case near Vadodara. According to the information shared, he allegedly supplied chemicals used in drug production and subsequently took possession of the manufactured narcotics.
His arrest is being viewed as an important step towards dismantling the international drug trafficking network linked to the case.
